Pictures barely suggest the unique beauty and character of this Claiborne County, Tennessee property.  This approximately 300-acre property is located off 25E (highway between Middleboro, Kentucky and Morristown, Tennessee) about 10 minutes to the east outside of Tazewell/New Tazewell and about another 10 minutes on county paved roads.  On its southern side, the property borders approximately 1.8 miles of the Clinch River Tributary of the TVA Norris Lake Reservoir Boundary.  As shown below, the property encompasses the geographic feature known on USGS maps as McCullough Bend.  At this location, the river marks a portion of the boundary between Claiborne and Grainger counties.  The property elevation ranges from about 1500 feet to 1030 feet at riverside, affording wonderful views of the river valley and surrounding mountains.
